Delivery times are estimates only and are stated in working days after dispatch. These delivery times and prices are subject to change. Some larger items may incur additional shipping costs.
If you are having trouble with your delivery, the quickest way to sort any problems is to Fastway directly with your tracking number.
Delivery Times
Our shipping partners are Fastway. We offer same day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday provided we have your items in stock. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that no orders will be shipped on Bank Holidays.
Our online stock status is constantly updated but demand is high and we may run out of stock of some items occasionally. If, for this or any reason, we cannot dispatch your order we will contact you with a revised dispatch date.
While we take every measure to ensure your order is delivered promptly, the delivery times stated above are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure that the contact details you provide when ordering are correct. If our couriers are unable to make contact with the consignee, your order will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be refunded (less the shipping costs).
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return any items you purchase from us, we are happy to exchange it for another item or issue you a refund. Returns must be approved by Bailie Stores prior to returning goods.
If you wish to return goods, please contact us using our contact form (please include you order number) or give us a call. A member of our customer services team will deal with your request as soon as possible.
The following terms apply:
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Goods must be returned in original packaging, in new condition with any labels still attached.
- Items which have been assembled cannot be returned.
- The original receipt and a note of reason for return must be returned with the goods.
- Goods listed in our Special Offers or Clearance sections are non-refundable, but may be exchanged.
- Returns must be approved by Bailie Stores prior to returning.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
